I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views of the lake and volcanoes. Being a short 5-minute walk from the main town area meant that everything was easily accessible, including delicious restaurants. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with all the basic amenities provided. The staff was attentive and the service was top-notch. They went above and beyond to ensure that everything was taken care of. The attention to detail was evident throughout, with rooms kept clean and in great condition. The view from this hotel is absolutely breathtaking. It was wonderful to wake up to this stunning view of the lake and mountains every morning. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was very clean and well-maintained. It was conveniently located close to the main town area, making it easy to get around.

Incredible views from every room and modern decor. the daily cleaning and dishwashing service was a huge plus for our family. the location was also convenient, just a 10-minute walk from town, and we loved taking photos on the railway tracks behind the property.
The steep hill to access the apartments and the spotty wifi outside of the living area were a downside.

My family and I had a lovely time during our Easter stay. The apartment boasted of stunning views and was conveniently located just a short walk from restaurants. The daily cleaning service and willingness of the staff to assist us via WhatsApp made our stay even more comfortable. the apartment was equipped with all the necessary amenities that we needed to cook our meals.
the access to the accommodation was a bit steep, which could be a problem for less mobile guests. the Wi-Fi reception was not strong outside of the living area, and we found some dead insects in the corners of the rooms.
Tourists from United States of America often stay at these properties. Consider them for your next trip.
